Purchase and Shipping Terms
We want you to read our Terms of Purchase and Shipping carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing goods through the LOVE-DRESSES website (our website).
By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these Purchase and Shipping Terms, which constitute an agreement between LOVE-DRESSES (ABN 58 625 631 450) (we, our or LOVE-DRESSES) and you.
 
Purchase
You must provide full and accurate details when making a purchase. At our request, you may be required to provide further details to ensure the accuracy of your order.
When placing an order, you must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions. If you enter an incorrect address, LOVE-DRESSES is under no obligation to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. If, after submitting your order, you find that you have entered an incorrect shipping address or shipping instructions, please email us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavor to update your details prior to shipping.
 
Purchase Price
All prices on the Website or based on your inquiry to us are in Dollar(USD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax.
The actual amount you pay for your purchase will depend on the amount of international currency conversion you receive through your bank.
We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on our website from time to time without notice.
Our prices do not include insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver products to you.
 
PAYMENTS
 LOVE-DRESSES accepts payment via PayPal.
Upon payment of your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
If LOVE-DRESSES does not receive cleared funds 48 hours after you submit your order, we will send you an e-mail at the e-mail address specified in your order informing you of the status of your payment.
 
SECURITY
We recognize that the protection and security of the information associated with your credit card is very important. Therefore, we offer you a very secure and stress-free online shopping experience.
We do not store your credit card details at any time, so consumer confidence and satisfaction is always guaranteed.
 
Order Processing
We process orders on business days in the United States. If you purchase any item on a non-business day, we will process it on the next business day.
Please allow 3-5 days for us to ship your order. If you need your order shipped immediately, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Due to the high volume of orders received over the weekend, orders placed on Monday are usually shipped on Friday, but we will do our best to ship within 3-5 days!
We will provide you with a tracking number once we ship your order.
 
Order Verification
If your order is flagged as suspicious in our system for any reason, we may ask you to validate it before shipping. This may include various forms of identification such as a license or bank statement (covering all confidential information). This is sometimes the case for high value orders ($500+).
 
Shipping time:
7 to 10 business days for the U.S. and Canada.
7 to 14 business days for European countries.
Safe Landing
If you wish to sign for your package, please email our customer service team, all international deliveries must be signed for.
 
International Express
We ship to countries in Europe, USA and Canada.
Shipped via USPS Registered Mail with packaging and tracking, we also offer Express Mail service.
International customers are responsible for paying all sales taxes, duties and/or customs fees.
All taxes and customs fees are your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. Taxes and customs fees vary depending on the country/region and state of the shipping address. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that pertain to you, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.LOVE-DRESSES is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs fees that may be requested or charged during the shipping of your order.
 
Delivery Timeframes
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should expect to receive your goods within the following timeframes: (note: working days)
 
Sometimes shipping times can be a little longer and international orders may take longer if the item takes longer to clear customs.
Unfortunately this is out of our control, if you do not receive the item within the time frame we have specified, please email us with your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside of the specified time frame, delays are rare but accidents can happen and we will do our best to resolve any issues relating to the delivery of your order.
 
Pre-Orders
We do our best to provide you with accurate arrival dates for pre-order items, but sometimes there are unforeseen delays beyond our control.
If you place an order that includes pre-order items, all items will be sent in a pouch. If you wish to receive stock in advance, you must place a separate order. Splitting an order after placing it will incur postage charges.
 
Cancellation of Orders
LOVE-DRESSES may cancel your order if, for any reason, we are unable to supply you with the items in your order. We will contact you if this occurs.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amount or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (direct or indirect) or any loss of time or inconvenience that may result from the cancellation of your order.
No refunds will be given for merchandise if the customer chooses to cancel the order for any reason prior to the order being shipped.
 
Items lost in transit
LOVE-DRESSES is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit due to the negligence of the USPS or other couriers.
By shopping at LOVE-DRESSES you are accepting these terms. If an item is lost, we will endeavor to file a claim on your behalf and reimburse you through the carrier.
 
Missing Items in Orders
If any items are missing from your order, please email [email protected] with the following information: your order number and a photo of your invoice and our team will investigate.
In the rare event that there is a stock issue and we are unable to supply the item ordered, we will refund you immediately and the rest of your order will be shipped in due course and cannot be canceled.
Defective Merchandise
Please inspect the item carefully upon receipt. If there are any defects, the item can be returned to our returns department for evaluation. If the item is defective, you will receive a refund in accordance with your consumer rights. If this is the only item you are returning, your postage costs will also be covered by us. We will not be able to accept a returned item if the tags have been removed and the item is worn, this is considered wear and tear.
 
Returns
Any items you return to us will be subject to our returns policy.

By agreeing to these Terms of Purchase and Shipping, you are also agreeing to receive further electronic communications from us regarding the LOVE-DRESSES business, including information related to merchandise, contests, promotions, special offers, and any other business information. These Terms of Purchase and Shipment are governed by the laws of Europe and the United States of America, Canada.
